  • So pleased with myself -- I normally am too much of a coward to try glitches---- at least this reply I am typing right "worker" instead of worked :j

For me, it's the embarrassment at the self checkout when you have to tell the staff member that you don't have enough money when the glitch fails to work.

If it had been more crowded I would have just walked off... but it was just me and she was watching me like a hawk... took my basket away seconds after I'd taken the last item out of it! So I paid then got a refund :rotfl:
  • anyone tried prescot or haydock?.
im not well so oh wont be impressed if i make him go and either it dose not work or none left
  • According to my Dad who is a manager at a tesco store (but don't worry I never spill any of the glitches to him) there were definately no stores open today after 6pm. By law they can not trade after that time.
The only stores open on a bank holiday after 6pm connected to Tesco are the Tesco Express ones - can you confirm this please?

I can confirm that both points are nonsense. My local Tesco Extra was open until 7pm on Monday.

I once had an assistant who tried to take my basket away with still a couple of items in. I told her to wait until I had finished. She was obviously so bored with so little to do.
What did you state as the reason for the refund?

  • Thinking of putting mine on at £3.50 a pack with free P&P. Either that, or I buy people electricals that need batteries for Christmas and throw a pack in with the gift!

Everytime I went through S/S with mine the SA said "would you like me to put 1 through x 12 to save you scanning them all" I said No thanks it's fine I like to scan the myself, they must have thought I was mad. In the end I hid them under my loo rolls so they couldnt see I had lots of the same thing!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
