6 is the minimum number you need to buy to get both offers to kick in. Just buying 3 means you don't get the B1G1F offer as you need multiples of 2 for that.

so 6 packs means you get the buy one get two free offer (as you bought 3 twice) and also the buy 1 get 1 free offer (as you've bought 2 three times). Hope that makes sense!

no the op only bought 3 to start with, and the B1G1F still worked, and you have bought 2 packs once so should kick in

I believe so, but you need lots of shopping as well!!!! I didn't dare more than 6 at a time though, and went to 2 seperate stores.

Is the 2 types AA and AAA?

Really hope this is working in express stores too.

People, is it just the blue AAA that we are looking for?

What colour are the AA's? Is it these brown ones?

Sorry for being thick, I'm just a bit scared to go through checkout lol!

In my local store they only had 2 packs of AA and 1 pack of AAA's left so I put them through with my shopping and it worked! It says on my receipt 'batteries 2 free -£7.00 & 'buy 1 get 1 free -£3.50. Thank op. I also got dtd back on the surf washing liquid as it has gone up to £8.99 overnight but they forgot to take the sel off.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Above post, it's just the blue

Started in S*nbury and got 18 packs and was paid £7 to take them away  (added a few freebies obviously!)
Then F*ltham got to the pay now part on till and no extra discount kicked in, so faked a phone call from the missus and said i didn't need it anymore :rotfl:
D*kes green had an atrocious section for batteries, so nothing there, and As**ord had been stripped
Went back tot he first store and the shelves were bare...hopefully one of you got there too!
