Its a mix and match offer, AA's AAA's they both work, doesn't matter how many of each, just has to be blue packs. :D
  • I love a good daily tesco glitch lol

So I buy 6 packs of either tesco longlife aa or aaa or mix them, they are blue packets and have 8 batteries in them? Is this right?

Going to an extra soon with a long list from all the threads on here, poor kids lol they really do love tesco.....im glad they have those 50p rides outside they are my reward to my 3 year old :rotfl:

ggrr. Buying in big multiples DIDN'T work. I bought a dozen of aa in one transaction and only the 2 free promotion kicked in.

I had to leave em. :(

Mine were the blue packs of 8, I got 6 x AAA & 6 x AA so if it works for you, it should work on both total disount I got for 12 packs was £49, should have cost £42 so I got £7 off my shopping, my hubby was with me and was laughing his head off!!!

Worked for me in 2 stores in the south East Region of England. 1 Extra, 1 'normal' - whatever they are supposed to be? Not working in express, not tried metro.

Mixed and matched blue packets of 8 aa's or aaa's 6 at a time for aprox £4 off shopping.

Only managed to get 54 packs in my 2 local stores:D. Still left a few for others too but I'll probably go back tonight if it's still working.
