Honeys I'm home .....sob sob sob holidays are over and the house and car are full of things I need to sort out, clean or put away
but the caravan needs very little doing to prepare it for winter now. I'll go finish off once I get some of what I've brought back done.
Washer has been on several times, line is full, dishwasher has been on (DPs things from when he was at home and dinner stuff) dog has been out, garden has been glared at for growing so wild (I have a 2 foot thistle) internet banking done, bills sorted through, birthday cards opened, fridge/freezer sorted, all food bags brought in and most sorted. I've also done meter reading, submitted onto website. DP was home late Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and average usage was 10 units a day so something must have been left on when it was 16-18. It's still high but some must be the animals tanks. I'm more impressed I'm remembering to do the readings.
Oh and while I was away my study materials arrived, scary greeting home, DP didn't tell me they were here unsure if that was intentional or not. So I need to get the calendar out, get some lists made and deadlines set! Right I'm off for a quickie catch up, I won't reply to it all as I'm sure most things have been responded to by now then I'll go get that calendar outoh and tonight I'm going to have a shower without needing to get dressed straight away (see some things I do miss)
Triker I'm pleased you got sorted with a DWI've missed mine for the last 6 weeks as have my nails
One day I might be more organised...........

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
One more 4 hour stint at the hospital today...she now has a knee brace (the ones that A&E said didn't exist and had to be ordered specially - from the surgical appliance storecupboard ) and instructions to take it easy this week - but not too easy - and then do what she can - but absolutely no PE until further notice. Plus physio. More physio.
At least this doctor believed me when I said I put her kneecap back. It's biomechanical flyladying - putting things back where they belong - isn't it?
Got back, warmed up on bass for my lesson (Ring of Gold) and then did The Guns of Navarone - hard work!
Home, then notified KH about Minion's leg as she wouldn't tell him. He turned up at the house at 5  - he came to see her!!!!!!, followed shortly afterwards by DD1 and her symbiote boyfriend    - and she didn't want money!!!!!!!
Just as I was highlighting bits of my hair - now do I stay with blondy bits or go purple/plum?
Got to pop round shop as we're out of milk and then dinner - I'm starving!!!!
Think these potatoes might have to be mash by the time I get back, though. Oh well, my favourite. What a shame
I've bleached one loo today. That must count as flying, surely?I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -

I have sorted 2 boxes for Squeak to grow into to go under Tiddles bed.. it is getting full under there.. I MUST invest in some plastic lidded boxes I can see in.. currently it is mostly cardboard with labels on.
I have ANOTHER half binbag for nursery and 1.5 binbags for ebay... I dont know if I dare list it all now or not.. it is a bit scary close to hatching this sprog.. though .. I do listing sat on my bum, parcelling sat on my bum and sending OH to post it all sat on my bum... so unless I pop the day before it all ends we should be ok.. I guess.. I am seriously hoping for a Friday baby... AFTER my nail appointment lol.. that way KH can have the beastlets and there are no school runs..
Oh sod it.. I will list it.. I might put a note on saying I am about to hatch to if it doesnt get posted immediately.. tough lol ..

Kids all home from their first day and DD loves her taxi driver and is mad about her new school..:D
So times are sorted for school and she leaves at 7.30am and back at 5pm. It's a long day but i think she'll be fine, she loves it.
Dinner been done, dw loaded and back on, kitchen table cleared and wiped. School stuff backed and uniforms ready for tomorrow.
Tomorrow the painter should be here so i'm gonna hide out in the kitchen all day (it could do with a darn good tidy).
Right time to start putting kiddies to bed..:rotfl:Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Evening all
Congrats on the new DW, triker. We bought ours a few months before DS2 was born (he's now 7) so I'll quickly find some wood to knock on. I'd miss it so much!
Glad your DD had a good first day, vanilla.
I'm making slow but steady progress. Got to get some laptop jobs done tonight, though.
