I get it! 10 points to me! :p

Ahhh I like the idea of writing a book, even if it's just a little diary for your beloved to read. :)

  • jen, this is a lovely thread. I have everything crossed that you will get your transplant. For now, I hope the next six months (and maybe more, who knows you could surprise those docs) are very happy for you.

I get it, fortunately he doesn't have the same blood type as me never mind tissue matching (i'm rhesus negative, blood type AB so snookered really lol).

Also I always wondered, who the heck keeps a jellyfish as a pet?

Yeah they said that AB- is good if you need blood cos you can have any rhesus negative blood they have lying around, unfortunately when it comes to tissue matching it gets more complicated. New boyfriend (feels weird calling him that so early on, not sure what other label fits though) is O+, he can only have O blood but he'd be much more likely to get a transplant because the tissue matching is easier with Os.

    Hi GlasweJen

I was thinking about you and this thread for some reason this morning.

I missed the outcome due to moving house and having no internet.

Just wanted to wish you luck in the future!

Hope all is still going well
