Right I'm off to try and track down a Pana TH42PX60 telly since Play.com took my money then didn't deliver for 4 weeks 'we don't have a tracking number for it so I guess it's lost and we are now out of stock' - like you would send a £900 telly out and accept it's gone missing...

ps If anyone had problems over xmas with our website, it was because we had to use a call centre (which we never do because they have tended to not be very good) and guess what .. they weren't very good. That's what I was told.

These were not imited to 1500 as i have number 1758 and its official one with price tag from HMV. Thinking it will be 2000 same as before.

I've got a good mind to do exactly the same thing...disgraceful by Amazon, I expected much better from them, but its only a few hundred customers they've probably annoyed, so they won't really care...Plenty more customers waiting to do the same thing in the future!

aye my order has been cancelled - the thing is I bought something else to make up postage - and they were then trying to charge me postage on that - so I've cancelled that too.. dammit.

They tried that one with me once. I mailed them and told them as THEY cancelled my order its THEIR fault and I expect full refund for postage incurred. I got the postage/apology/£5 credit.

Amazon cancelled my order of 1 usb stick too. I have emailed them in disgust at being notified the day after it's release!
