It is a USB stick as the tracklisting on the USB is

1. Bad Dream 2. Bad Dream 3. Enjoy The Silence 4. Bad Dream

whereas on the CD single it is

1. Bad Dream 2. She Sells Sanctuary 3. Bad Dream 4. Bad Dream

There are 2 on Amazon. One is a cd the other is one is a usb, just be careful when you order!!!
