  • I have got really into this £10 a day biz and got straight on the phone to Orange who reduced my monthly mobile bill by £22 after some discussion. I have also got some additional work which has brought in about £30 so far so looking good to date. Just hope I can keep it up...Husband is 40 next month so really need to do something for him and it does feel like a long haul to the end of the month...

    Evening all, can I join again please? (pretty please?). Have just declared August figures and as I have now officially ebayed everything not nailed down, excluding DH and DS (though if a fair price were offered.......), so September will be an uphill struggle. just had a thought.

    how the HECK am i supposed to make a tenner a day every day for the whole of september?!?!?!

    <panic>

    read the first page, full of helpful advice, keep reading the thread, people make suggestions, give ideas, etc. It is not all about ebay, although that is what we tend to talk about...:rotfl: not that I make much money on ebay! seem to sell the least!
  • HI everyone,

    Righty ho...we got a gift voucher from a friend who'd been staying at our place whilst we were on hols - £30 for a local restaurant...so I'm taking £20 out of our 'hubby :heart2: wife time' budget and putting it towards this challenge!
    Also have two love2shop vouchers on the way, one from Shop and Scan, the other from Survey Friends...the vouchers will be replacing the 'clothing' budget for this month so £25 more towards the challenge!
    Just in case you're a newbie reading this...most folks would probably count the whole of the £30 voucher...but I'm doing this challenge and the 1 debt in 100 days challenge...so I'm only counting cash that we get directly, or vouchers that free up cash! We have £30 a month for Leanne and me to go out somewhere, or grab a couple of tubs of ice cream and a DVD or something fun...I'm leaving a tenner in that budget so we can get a DVD and some popcorn...that's why I'm putting £20 towards the challenge rather than £30! Hope that makes sense!! :think:
    Oh, and 45p interest
    £45.45 towards the challenge so far...a good start!
    All the best for this month folks.
    £10 a day in November = £593.31 / £300
  • Please can I be put down for £5 again this month.
