ictd: what's that they say? 'A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.' You've taken that step. Pat on the back!

I'm sitting here with the notes for minutes open beside me. So why am I trawling through forums instead of getting on with the typing I'm supposed to be doing? Because it's a lot more fun and because my whole being is resisting doing a boring chore.

    Am I a lost cause?

    Please don't answer that.

I sorted my car this afternoon. After battling with the bonnet, it finally opened so I checked oil etc, refilled screen wash, squirted the locks and wiped Vaseline on the rubber door jams cos they always freeze shut. Also used my anti-mist stuff on the inside of windscreen, and frost repellent on outside.
A frost-proofed car! (just in time too, according to all the weather forecasts!)
