Everybody tells me to do this but I can't!!!
I did the worst FROG yesterday so glad it is done, I cleaned the washing machine...omg yuk! gross! hideous job. I dont know why but liquid detergent does not sit well with my hotpoint machine - it was slimy and stinky ... making me feel sick just thinking about it
I have also joined the decluttering thread
After organising my freezer on Saturday, I have decided my next FROG will be...autumn-cleaning and decluttering kitchen including running down my over stuffed kitchen cupboards!!!0 -

I do that for my eldest two aged 16 and 13. I don't see why I should have to clean and tidy for them. My youngest is only 7 so I feel a bit more responsibility for doing hers - though she's far more capable of doing stuff for herself than her brother and sister!0 -
My frog is to get my prepare for winter list from 33 things to do down to 23.
Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Can I just say stomping out frogs is a great analogy for all those rotten tasks but have you thought about kissing the frogs and setting them free as in Frog to Prince.
You are supposed to line up your frogs and kiss (do the task) the ugliest frog first hence making life easier as the frogs then get smaller.
Kissing or stomping each to his own LOLLiving the dream and retired in Cyprus :j

I'm finding it rewarding enough just to cross them off the list! It means I have less floating around my head.
And, I dont' mind kissing either

Thanks for the suggestion I continue to dream. It took me a couple of days, but I now realise that you are absolutely 100% right - guilt free 'me time' during the day would be an absolutely massive reward - particularly as a glass of wine and a long hot bath are things I already reward myself for froglets and tadpoles - too numerous to mention. Hobby time during the week, during the day, would be a real reward. (When I was doing a literature degree, I felt guilty reading the set novels during the day! Puritan work ethic.) These frogs are monsters and have been worrying me for two years, so I need the reward to be really something!Better is good enough.0

Evening all, kissing my froggies has been sidelined, my 3 year old is poorly (only just got over chicken pox) ... a long night ahead0

I've managed 30 minutes a day on 'Draft Cards' and realised why it's such a monster. Forget 'One a day', this is going to have to be a restart from the very beginning after I've cleared the accumulated carp from the files. I'm not sure I'm going to make today's HH on it as I'm dropping things and banging into things every time I try to do anything, a sure sign that I'm overtired. A day off, I think.Better is good enough.0
