    I was shocked to read your thread and so angry with DWP :( Really pleased for you and your family that they have finally awarded you with the benefits that you need and deserve...its just so awful that they put you through all that stress to get there.

    After speaking to her paediatrician we're going to request a written statement of reasons for the low rate mobility decision...see what they based it and decide if we should appeal based on that.We have to decide pretty sharpish as we have our motability car on an extension at the moment so if we're not appealing we'll have to give it back but "think" we can keep it whilst we appeal if we go down that road.Either way just happy to get the higher rate care back :) (would still like to give the original decisionmaker a slap though tbh!:p)
