    Hopefully she won't post it & if she leaves neg FB, which she probably will, if she mentions the dispute you can get ot removed.

    I would assume so, if they've given her 5 days to return it.
    I'm sure that someone will know for sure.
  • Surely if she/he arranged their own courier its up to them to claim fronm the courier, not for you to be liable?

    It depends what the claim is for. If it is for damage on the outward journey to the buyer then regardless of who booked or paid for the courier the seller remains liable. This is why allowing buyers to arrange their own couriers is such a terrible idea.

    However if you mean claim back costs from courier paid for by buyer, then I cannot see how buyer can reclaim this cost from the seller as seller never took money for courier so paypal have nothing to reclaim. All an ebay or paypal claim will do is refund the buyer the amount originally paid.
