My advice is the same as before full refund on return unless she sends pictures of the entire set showing the damage.
Not sure what you mean by your "thought it was 10 days now it's 8".

I don't know, just make sure that you reply to any message that is sent through the dispute centre.

Hold firm, she's just trying to get a bit of money off. Just stick to your guns and as above respond to everything via the dispute console.

Unfortunately, if you don't go along with her "request" for a partial refund then you may well receive back a box of broken bits. So open and inspect the contents when the courier is still there, and refuse to take delivery if it is all smashed up - then the buyer will have to claim from the courier company, if they have used the right service (as some couriers won't cover china).

You had 8 working days to respond to the dispute. Hopefully you did this.
It looks as though customer support will review & decide the outcome now.
I don't know whether going onto live help would help or hinder your case.
  • ok ebay have now ruled in favour of the buyer and is saying she has to return for full refund (not a problem with that) but they also say she will get a refund on the original postage ?? this was a pick up only on the listing and she paid for a courier herself does ebay mean I have to pay that ?

No, they can only get involved with the amount she paid you, it's no doubt a standard response.
This is the outcome we were all expecting, has she said when she'll be sending it back?

Has ebay given a specific date she has to return by?
