If you are applying for a job then you should answer the questions yourself.
If you are not suitable for the job you will only end up hating working there. The Tesco questions are common sense.
What happened when you did the quesitons? did you get the automatic rejection email or did it say in progress?0 -
If you cannot answer the questions by yourself, how on Earth are you going to cope if you get the job and have to face these situations for real?
Good luck anyway...0 -
I'm not being funny or anything, but if you can't pass the screening questions, I seriously doubt this type of role will be much use for you...
Okay so it's fair enough to say this but I learnt from training courses and places to help you get into work that tesco will only employ those that get their answers to this right. You cannot pick your own as such because if you pick THE WRONG answers then you immediately don't get recognised even though it says to your best ability choose what you would do. Tesco look for the specific answers for tesco and you aren't allowed to think for yourself.
What I'm trying to say is that if you don't pick the answers that Tesco already decided upon for each question. You don't get the job and get an automatic email to say you haven't been picked.0 -

Am I missing something here - you've just reopened an old thread to state the obvious?0 -
It is not un-common for store managers to fill-in the correct answers to those sort of questions for friends and family.Never Knowingly Understood.

These kind of questionnaires always make me laugh as they are always about valuing customers and excellent customer care but it's not like I go in a store and a harassed, minimum wage worker is really that bothered to help me. "Give the customer a genuine smile." Ha!0

Actually I'm always impressed at how helpful and friendly the staff are at my local supermarkets. You can tell they're busy but they completely hide their rage as they have to stop what they're doing to help me find something at the other end of the store.
Seriously, these questions are very easy to answer. All you have to do is imagine what you'd want to happen if you were the customer in the scenario.0 -
