Hi, please sign me up again Dragon.....I was a very bad girl last month and haven't even looked at the scales, am dreading what they may tell me PLUS I weighed myself on the scales at the pool and it said nearly a stone more than my ones at home!!! Think I will give you my start weight on Monday as that is when I will be at the pool again.....or may just carry on using my scales, am not sure what to do really since I am about to move house and won't have the pool scales with me obviously.....REALLY hope to be a bit more slinky by the end of September (LOVE the thread title!)The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

My goal weight at beg of October is 12 stone so not too far away. When I return from my visit to Canada then, I will set myself a new goal for Christmas.0 -

Likewise - I'm still jovi20 if anyone wants to add me too.
I have just completed my food & exercise diary for today - ate 1084 calories and burned 435 calories, which I think is an ok day for me. Did a big shop and stocked up on fruit & veg and not so much of the bad stuff - even managed to leave the nutella on the shelf.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Right...this month I'm gonna try and juggle all the challenges...have to confess that this one slipped last month (tho the others are going/went well!)
Played football last night for the first time in ages, and whilst I'm now lying on the couch unlikely to move for a while...it's a good start!!
I'm going to use a jumpy smiley...not cos it's appropriate at the min, but simply because I can't do that right now...and it looks like it's burning energy! :j

Heads down for another month then. New scales puts start weight at 16 stone on the nose. Bit gutted that it's over half a stone heavier than the wii but it's come down 3lb since Monday, give or take the odd quarters of a pound.Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j0

Hi all
I'd like to join in please. I used to do this last year and had lost 2 stone for my wedding but then found out I was pregnant so stopped dieting. However I only put on 16lbs during my pregnancy which I have already lost plus 6lbs more, so I am in fact 6lbs lighter than I was in September last year!!!
Am not dieting per se as I am breastfeeding but I am trying to make healthy choices re my meals and snacks so hopefully the weight will continue to 'fall' off. Am also trying to walk more with the pram so hopefully tone up my wobbly bits.0 -
Good morning all can I join please?
My weight yesterday: 13st 12lb.I am always trying to eat healthily but there is always some sort of temptation!
Gonna go check out myfitnesspal.
Good luck all!
