Seen you all doing these challenges each month and been meaning to join in with one. I have already lost 16lb just on my own using My Fitness Pal, eating more healthily and exercising more. I was trying to lose my baby weight, started when our son was about three and half months old and he has just turned six months so my loss has been slow but steady so far.
I don't want to divulge my starting weight but will happily update with my progress over the month. I am going to Las Vegas on 2nd October for a wedding and losing an extra 7lbs (or even better a bit more) before then would be fantastic
Good to see you FairyShazza and well done on your loss so far (oh and congratulations, belatedly!, on the birth of your son)

Hi all,I'm using myfitnesspal and I'm determined to shift some of this podge!
I had been trying to track my food in a notebook, but as a couple of you have mentioned it, I've just joined myfitnesspal. I entered my food intake from today, and it declared that if I continued to eat that amount every day, I would still be the same weight as I am now in a few weeks time, which does bring it home that I need to do more exercise and cut down more on my calorie intake.
I did have lunch out today and then as late home had frozen pizza for dinner, so going to try and plan tomorrow better and input my food before I eat it to see how many calories I use. Lets hope it makes a difference.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Decided to jump on the waggon and start using myfitnesspal too, (i'm rubyeskimo over there in case anyone wants to add me). Well I weighed myself this evening (after eating a massive curry too) and I am 2lbs lighter than I was this time last week! So I'm adding it to the September challange already! I think it might have to do with the 2 activia yogurts I've been eating every day just to get through them (my mum bought them on offer and doesn't really like them!). I definitely have been less bloated and I have noticed I have hip bones and a collar bone finally. I knew they were hiding under there somewhere!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Hello
Can I join please?
I am currently 8st13, aiming to get to 8stone. Dont worry I am a small thing and still have plenty of fat to lose.
My heaviest weight was 11st3 a few years ago and I have gradually lost weight since. I joined myfitnesspal earlier this year and find it a great help.
Finding the last stone hard to budge, lacking motivation so hoping this thread will help0 -
