    I hope you are all having a successful August, I haven't really lost, but haven't really gained either so I suppose thats not too bad, OH and I have started swimming twice a week and trying to do something active (usually the Wii) the rest of the week. And we are aiming to start getting out for a walk/jog in an evening if the weather allows too. So hopefully September will be a more successful month for us.
    I will post my starting weight on 1st, and lets hope this time I can get my 7lb off :)
