Weighed in at the gym this evening and have lost 3lbs this week so a total of 7lbs for the month. Will keep plodding on but this week is going to be highly calorific!

I've finally bought some healthy food in! Only a few bits, need to do a bigger shop tomorrow to buy veg.

For me the diet officially starts tomorrow morning. I'm going to do meal plans for the week and buy in stuff to make lunches.

Please can I join? I think I need to lose a stone or two, I hate my hair, I hate how I look, I need a complete makeover. I am 48 years old, haven't had a boyfriend in a year,(and he was carp) and I think I need a makeover. Should I go for a shorter hair style? Blah, I'm invisible so who cares!

I need a haircut too and haven't had a boyfriend since um... few years at least! I'm only 24!

Weighing in at 15st 9 so another 2 1/2 pounds loss for me. It all seems to be steadying now I dropped the boy over at nursery yesterday and a complete stranger came up to me and said "Have you lost weight? You look brilliant!" Ok, I had full make up on and have had a new haircut but if that doesn't inspire me to eat more lettuce nothing will !!!

Edit : One more thing, this weigh in takes me through the 2 stone lost barrier. Can't believe that 2 stone has come off since starting with you guys in the July thread. A big thanks to everyone for the help and advice and may the hard work continue !!!

weigh in this morning at 11st 6 so lost 2lbs
happy with that for the week tried to be really good and stuck in the main to the diet but had a few glitches
got 3 weeks today before i go away for 10 days so got to get as much off as i possibly can but my main focus for these 3 weeks is exercise and trying to tone up a bit, not that im shy wearing a bikini but would still like to be a bit more slimmer if possible lol
