Do it! The veterinary profession is sooo poorly paid in money, but sooo highly paid in job satisfaction.... doesn't stop us all, vets, nurses and receptionists alike from moaning about being skint though lol!I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

they heal a lot faster than we give them credit for... My little lad always comes off worse when something happens with my two, only the other day my girl caught him on his head leaving a big gash. Didn't go deep enough to bleed but it looked really bad and within hours it was scabbed over.
Only took him two weeks to recover from having his jaw amputated; so a little bite is nothingshe'll probably have forgotten about it already

I'm sure it will be fine - twice daily bathing with cooled, boiled salt water (1 tea spoon to a pint) for the next day or so, and then just keep an eye on it. You said Zara isn't bothered by it - that is a VERY good signI don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
