Oh beanie! So sorry you're in this fix ... if you'd had lodgers in the past, can you have them now? Or was that such a bad experience you've been put off? Is there an internet business you can start up, to generate income? Thats what I'm looking at myself, so that I can make up my income shortfall, and get some money into the pension pot ...
kissjenn - thats a bleeping lot of money to be owed!!! Hopefully the sheriff will take action really soon. When I was so ill recently, I started to watch Dog The Bounty Hunter ... really makes you think ... *what* it makes you think, is another concept altogether :D:eek::D:eek::D2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Oh Kissjenn - what horrible nightmare tenants!
If the Sheriff can sort out that deficit he'll deserve a free holiday, never mind a slap-up meal.
..Tenants sound like sit-com characters; can see some potential there (writing about their antics might bring back a decent chunk if it gets onto the small screen).

Hello.
I'm in bed as it's been a bad day nausea wise and I've spent the entire time in pjs:o
My best tenant gave notice tonight and he's got the keys already for his new place so could he move out next weekend please? He's managed to land a council house and he's never been a bit of bother so I'm not going to stresss over notice . Be another one for the management company.
Huge Approved Food package came. I'd ordered some cup-a-soups for grandad. Site said 9 in packet so I thought it was a decent sized box and got him two flavours. We got 18 boxes so his cupboards overfloweth :rotfl::rotfl: Gave him loads of bits so he's as happy Larry with his stash...very sweet. SB got an Avengers Advent Calendar, his first words we're is the chocolate in date  Doesn't he trust his mummy?:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Kissjenn - sorry to hear you're not feeling so good and having so much trouble with your tenants. What's wrong with some people, why do they have to behave like &@%$€.
And Beanie so sorry to hear you're in such an awful situation at the moment. You're always a brilliant support on our diaries. Why are some people lucky enough to just sail through life and others have to struggle? Very unfair.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Take care dearest KJ.

Had little girl kitten with me all day. Her brother enjoys being out and about in the morning but she sticks with me and "helps". Favourite jobs are re-typing emails, joining in conference calls and jamming the printer with her head. Makes me smile all day.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
