    Had lodgers in past.
No HB as I have an occupational pension which puts me over threshold.
I cant even get help with council tax because of it, even though my mortgage is more than half my income.

Would the debt being paid off allow you to balance or is that not enough?

Hi all....time to take a seat...I've just worked out the arrears of the 4 tenants who've dumped on me in 2013 so I can start raising actions.

    Ready for this....

    £23,171.73

I've told sheriff officer I'll buy him the biggest steak and best wine in town if he can make a dent in this.

    :eek:I know.

    Two trashed and ran.

Other two are bras sing it out. They know I'll never get court orders before Christmas. Ones even pretending to be his own brother - think Bart Simpson and his evil twin in the attic.

Karma will prevail...or so I lie to myself :rotfl:

Hope things are well with you. Munchkins birthday must be soon...please dress up as Dora the Explorer - I'd enjoy seeing that :D

Oh my, sounds like you have the tenants from hell. :(

Things are too good to be true with me at the moment, I'm enjoying it whilst it lasts. :) Son's birthday is on the 18th. However, our little gathering is on the 17th sorry you shall be sorely disappointed; the only time I've been known to do fancy dress happens to be on an occasion that copious amounts of alcohol will be consumed. ;)
