Is it possible to have a thread that is JUST the missed priced items and a seperate thread JUST for discussion? Its really hard to see any items in these mammoth threads
Apologies if this has been done already and if that's the case, can you make it obvious from the chat forums page where these are, as I can only find this one!0 -

In those circumstances I would use my judgement to make a decision.

What a good idea. What you are looking for is the other thread devoted to miss prices only, no chat....:rolleyes:Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
MyUserNamesTaken wrote:You cannot blame the store when customers move items around. It happens. Customers frequently pick things up, then put them back down elsewhere, where they don't belong. It's pretty obvious, too. If you find one or two packs of expensive meat in the same slot as cheap meat, a customer has probably put it there. If you find the whole shelf stacked with expensive meat, but with a cheap meat label on it, chances are staff put either the meat or the SEL in the wrong place. However, you should read the SEL to make sure the label applies to the right product.
understand that it may not be stores fault
but had r+r before Christmas with this problem
so thought would try again0 -

'Promotional' beef nearly got me banned. A few weeks ago my local Extra had lots at the end of an aisle all mixed up 50:50 with more expensive unstickered beef. The barcodes were the same. I naturally bagged the unstickered beef and claimed R&R. This was refused due to the 'promotion'. Dundee backed this up. One manager said that the mix up was due to customers picking up and putting down items. Nevertheless after a stand-up public row another manager moved the non-promotional items back to the usual part of the aisle and I had some sort of moral victory. Recently the same store has taken to routinely reducing only about half the items with a yellow sticker and leaving the rest for R&Ring which strangely they seem to decline.0
