ok R&Ring was good while it lasted - but I got DVD a while back sel 19.99 charged £44.95 - double the difference makes me hard cash of £49.92 even better.
Im sure the change of policy will not effect how many prices Tesco get wrong. Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -

It will be interesting to see if they can work out 'double the difference' on weighed products like meat.
I'm sure some staff will find it difficult to work out the monetry difference in the 1st place, and even more difficult for someone like to me to work out if they've got it right!!0 -
Maybe someone should start a list of stores putting up the new board (A bit like the scanners location list)...0
-
We are going to have to work out a magic formula for working out for weight products to help them along there way!0
-
So what happens if double the difference is higher than the cost of the item?0
-
Are the new policy signs all that size or are some stores just sticking a sticker over the old policy with a the new one?
The policy board in my store is large one and in another store is written on the wall without any backing0 -

Doesn't matter, you get double the difference and keep the product. I'm waiting for the inevitable massive misprice on a dVD/video game and will then hit them HARD!!
I've had video games in the past where the product was marked as £17.99 and have been charged £39.99 at the till. In this instance, Mr T would be giving me back £44 and I STILL keep the product!0
