i went to 2 CPW's in leicester and at both the staff had no idea about the phones. They had no idea how much they will sell for and if they will even have any in the next few days

I think it's a gamble... CPW may do a Tesco and make you sweat. I'd hold out till tomorrow... Nearly £500 for a handset is pushing it a little and lets not forget, this is a handset that is obsolete as there will be not further development in the hardware.

You can always return it... so see what they offer you. Good luck!

As far as I can see you have to set up a business account to order from that site - I think that would make it a business to business transaction and you'd not be covered by the DSA?

If it's anything like the previous palm pre's I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. The majority of people I know who had them, wanted rid, a few days after receiving there phone, had nothing but problems with it.
