Sainsbury's Glitch

  • Not sure about how flimsy it is, you could ask to have a look at it in store before purchasing. A laptop is much easier to use than a netbook, I had the upgrade of your samsung netbook and whilst it was ok I definitely prefer a laptop.

If it is just the usual surfing, pictures etc it would be perfectly fine. I would check out the reviews first, there are mixed ones but if you need a cheap laptop I would say why not. assuming it has a years warranty then your covered if it breaks.

One of my concerns is the housing of the laptop, I have had two laptops that have broken due to flimsy housing where the hard drive has been knocked and failed (i'm not that lucky with computers lol) I have a Dell XPS now and I love it, well built and does the job.

Supports up to 8gb of ddr3 memory and has dedicated ATI hd4250 graphics. This laptop isn't going to blow you away for gaming, but the average user should find it speedy and easily upgradeable.

I got 3 of these at my local, so looks like it's a nation glitch. Btw only £20 to upgrade to 6gb ram, or £30 for 8gb.

I expect they only done a 'price inquiry'. Offers from the general merchandise section of the store takes the offers off AFTER it's been scanned in sale mode.
  • I've just got home from Sainsbury's and I GOT ONE!!!
I asked the assistant to put it through the till and total it and it worked!

Just got this! Didn't bother with the price check since you can always take it back within 28 days unopened
