After about 2 hours I have managed to finish the ironing, all DHs and I am banning him from buying any new shirts unless he throws some out as that is all I have been ironing!
I've also been trying to work out the finances for our new house, although the next month may be a wierd one while we finish paying things in the old house too. I have also read a scary bit on our mortgage payments so am going in to ask about it tomorrow as I think we may have to pay more in the first month  I am not sure how it has worked out but I appear to have the same amount going out as I did before and we have a larger mortgage, can't remember what my monthly outgoings were before putting money aside for the wedding though, at least it shouldn't be too tough on our pockets. DH has just had a pay rise and I get one next month so that should help a lot.
Not sure what to do now, need lunch and have 2 bags I want to sort out in the spare room. DH will be home in just over 3 hours so I need to amuse myself until then, I am hoping he will be home on time so I can have a cuppa with him before I go to work.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

And.....I have just booked holiday time to visit sis and her new baby in November, and booked and paid for the flights for that too! lol
One less thing to worry about.
ETA: Ha! Just entered 'how to get caked on grease off plastic utensils' into Google and then Google asked me if I meant 'how to get naked on grease off plastic utensils'! HahahahahahahaFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -

As we have 2 days' lists, and some is either done or N/A, I'm going to post'n'delete, the better to see what actually wants doing.;)
I'm pleased to say the gut-wrenching stomach pain has subsided – think it may have been some kind of a bug, though gods know where from, the only place I've been in several days is Tesco!
Mummyyof5 sounds like you were also afflicted – I hope you're feeling better today.:o
Seafarers and Greenbee et al,bless you, thanks for caring; I shall try and pace myself. I can't not do the work though, or I feel even more useless than usual – it goes with the territory having a debilitating illness I'm afraid; you see your abilities slowly (or not so slowly) diminishing, and it's hard to cope with, iyswim.:o
Jojo thanks, you're right about lupus and sun; I'm very careful though – Factor 30 as standard, and I have a hat in the kitchen that I put on even if I'm just hanging out washing. *thinks * Still, yes, I'm outside a fair bit with Ted (tug-o-war on the back lawn) so it may be a factor.
Adamantine I'm assuming we know you already (no, don't say who you were, I understand totally). This is precisely why I have never joined FB; I have a major fear of my KH or any of my blood relatives finding out where I am and causing me harm.
Welcome to our new Flyers, too; good to have you on board.
Sammr Hoppy Birdday – day a great day!:bdaycake:
Short Bird thanks for posting that link – very apposite at present! I've given my book on managing long-term health conditions to Mr LW to read; hopefully it'll give him a bit more of an insight without me getting myself all upset trying to talk about it.:o
Mrs Chaos good luck with solo flying – do pop your head round the door if you feel like it though, or pm me if you'd care to.:o
CY oh my, that sounds a scary interview! :eek:I wouldn't have a clue when and where my parents were married! Glad she got through it OK; reminds me a bit of when Mr LW and I were interviewed by the registrar before we got married – he got my age wrong!!:D
Oh my, this post is getting waaaay too long! Time to shut up, methinks!;)
ETA Ooh, I forgot to mention, it's bath night for Ted again tonight; and indeed, his coat is feeling a bit greasy, which is part of the skin condition he has, so it's clearly time to see to it.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Also remembered to send complaint email to Clarks about the poor customer service from their Burnham on Sea branch!February wins: Theatre tickets0

Kitchen wasnt too bad yesterday
Still looks okay (as I fell down a takeaway hole yesterday)
Tonight I've been signed up to a Kayaking course  and DH will be home early. Had to go out to see about new trainers and inserts this morning as I run like forest gump and that's why it hurtsthat was NINETY quid out of me pocket.
Must go visit best friend in hospital if I can too.
Okay so now I've got a short time to sort the lounge outBest find that list! I think I'll call it a HHC from 2:15 (if I start earlier it'll be good)
Happy birthday Sammr
LW You take it easy or I'll send a fluffybutt round to [STRIKE]sit on[/STRIKE] cuddle you. Mystic is feeling particularly cuddley. She sits next to you and then just flops into your lapYou're not allowed to do anything if she want's a cuddle
Bet she'd play silly devils with Ted too
The others are rightHouse is secondary to health
