    I know a woman who went to a certain fast food chain in cheltenham and was taken ill after a burger and mayonaisse.The tests showed it had traces of Sperm.

    Really?

    So someone had added sperm to a mayonnaise container so large that it was still in use by the time 'elf 'n safety called?

    If something so unlikely happened it must have caused a massive hoo-har so you will doubtless be able to provide a link to the reports in local and national press.
