So your emailing the CEO of Mcdonalds because there was a hair in some food, which no matter how clean the Kitchen is can still happen. The manager of said Mcdonalds offered to replace or refund and apologised.

What else do you want a claim for mental anguish? Some people need to get some perspective. :wall:

    Agreed :T

It doesn't matter whether it's a fast food restaurant or the most expensive restaurant in the world, these things happen daily.

The pubic hair was probably the most nutritious thing in that meal.

Perhaps the OP hasn't checked on what actually goes in to a burger, in which case they probably wouldn't get so sensitive about a hair from any source.

Actually I did hear about a BK that was closed down because of this. From one of the managers of another local BK...
I do, however, fail to see how you'd manage to get it in there, or why...

Our local maccys was closed down not long after it opened due to an employee "waxing the surfboard" into mc-chicken sandwiches. The outlet remained closed for 2 weeks. I remember the fuss at the time.

Who's to say that's what really happened? And who's to say it didn't?
