Just sold something for a penny, then paypal took the penny off me in fees, how cruel!
    WINS
    January 2011: Salt Blu-ray June 2013: £5 (Paypal) / Mouse Mat July 2013: £100 / 600ml bottle of Pepsi Max / £5 Love2shop voucher August 2013: Another mouse mat.. / A Yorkie June 2014: 1 month Club Penguin voucher October 2014: Psycho-pass Blu-ray March 2015: Honeymoon Blu-ray + signed poster
  • Pfft! The fees can really make a dent in the sale price. Yet you cant allow for this in P & P, it seems a little unfair.

Who would want an old argos book? Just those folks who tell you a Breville sandwich maker was £3 in 1978.

I've heard before that they are used for period sets on tv, films photo shoots etc
  • Thanks! Thats it, I will have a rake about in my mothers loft.

My 3rd item which sold, has not been paid for yet. I've given the buyer 3 days as stated in my listing and have also sent them an invoice, how long should I leave before contacting them again?
    TIA

Still no reply or payment from buyer! the sale date was 28/06. Sent them an e-mail on 5th July and on the 8th July too and asked if they still wanted the item.

On the product's page, it is eligible for second schance offer.
Should I go through resolution centre or make a second chance offer, never done either before!:o
Can any experienced ebayers please help!
    TIA:)

HIya again.... I would now go through resolution centre and if no joy there then 2nd chance offer or relist.

Don't let this put you off. There are some idiots out there but the majority of Ebayers are okay I find.

    Good luck... :)

If there's a noteworthy celeb on the front then you might get a sale. I also see people are selling copies of yesterday's News of the World ...
