Non Fault Accident what rights do I have?

You can tell at renewal time.thats the problem y6ou canbt say 100% isnurance has gone upo due to other reasons rather than because of an accident regardless of blame some months previously
You can do a quote with the accident and a quote without but all other details identical.
With this proof you can make a claim.
You are right that there is no way you can tell in advance.
Any company can change their policy on this at any time for future contracts.
Currently a lot of insurers do penalise for non-fault claims, but not all of them.
Some load premiums for 3 years some for 5.
I had an accident just over 3 years ago, so I go with one of the comanies that asks for only 3 years history.0
