i'm a sl, i have 2 reps and i've pretty much been left to fend for myself. I dont know how to do sign ups, how to get rewps or anything. My asm cant help - well i can never gety hold of her! The sl that signed me up has moved 200 miles away, i just dont know what i'm doing. It'd be nice to get 5 in my team so i get comission maybe.

the ladies on this thread are fab, they will help you along, and offer advice.

Ring Avon back tomorrow and tell them you are not happy, that your ASM has not been in touch and you don't know what you are doing.

They will get your ASM to contact you asap.

hmm, struggling with the beauty palette on the c14 clearance book, i have three customers who have ordered it but the system only seems to be accepting one. i enter the orders individually under each customer but have also tried ordering them on different customers orders and ordering all three on my order but still only one is showing. its not urgent atm as i have a week till i have to submit but i dont want to be panicking this time next week - anyone got any ideas?
    also well done MC :j
    Thanks. :)

As for your eye palettes, I've only ordered one so have no personal experience (will add some extra though and see what happens). To be on the safeside though with any such problems it's a good idea to email Avon through the 'contact us' section on your website i.e. just to record the glitch if nothing else.

At first she did get in touch but was very pushy, wanted me to go to meetings miles away (couldnt afford to or had no childcare) so was a bit funny with me, she has a fake smile and comes across as a fake person. I dont want her contacting me lol. What number would i phone?

d'you know what i hadn't even thought that i could put my phone contract as business expense... but i couldn't do avon without it!!!!!! Internet too, plus bus pass! Wow, thanks for making me realise that! It's gonna help cos i'm just starting to sort all that out now.

Have no first hand knowledge but logic tells me you won't be able to claim the full expenditure, just a proportion. As Aesop says, check if you've got a local HMRC workshop to get you on the right tracks.

Well done but that's mind-boggling growth. Hope you have the capability and time to support your downline because if not be prepared for a lot of your team to fall away.

PS: Maybe a good idea to sort your signature out? (Don't worry, a few of us have been there and had our 'wrists slapped' LOL)

    Good luck.

jennmark - have you put your customer count in yet?? if your customer count says 1 you will only be able to order 1 of each
item that is "1 per customer"....so you need to put at least 3 customers in your count to order 3 eye pallets :)

    MC - WELL DONE!! - :j:j:j
