Thanks, guys; appreciate it. I should've done it in C12 but missed it due to returns i.e. you can't use your performance points to move up through the ranks, only to help you qualify for your SL commission.

I got £210 worth of bonuses :j in addition to my normal SL commission so am still reeling a bit. (Am not used to having spare cash.:rotfl:)

hmm, struggling with the beauty palette on the c14 clearance book, i have three customers who have ordered it but the system only seems to be accepting one. i enter the orders individually under each customer but have also tried ordering them on different customers orders and ordering all three on my order but still only one is showing. its not urgent atm as i have a week till i have to submit but i dont want to be panicking this time next week - anyone got any ideas?
    also well done MC :j
  • could just be a system glitch - one of my girls had a problem where everything she entered was coming up with a quantity and cost of zero! fixed itself (or the boffins did) after a couple of days. Tell your ASM - they're more likely to know if it is a problem, or if new they can pass it on.

it's not as simple as that. Each year Inland Revenue may change the goal posts or decide you can no longer claim something!

The best thing to do is to attend one of their free workshops on how to do your self employment tax return. They give you a very helpful free booklet with information on what you can and cannot claim. You can talk to them about Avon.

When I attended a course when I started Avon, they told me you cannot claim clothing for Avon, ie raincoat, trainers etc. unless they were specifically Avon clothing, ie Avon logo on raincoat, etc.

Whereas years ago you could claim certain items of clothing used for your job, even if not logo and specific to the actual job you did.

Wooohooo!! WELL DONE MARSDEN CUCKOO! thats fab news, you deserve it.
I wish you were my SL (or ASL now ;))

I'm not happy (as usual) I emailed my ASM about just being an F&F rep and I have had no reply yet. I think I might ring her in the morning. Also my SL hasn't replied to another email I sent her. So sick of having no support from them grrrr
Also my delivery was incomplete today due to a damaged box AND I got another recharge for a product I had sent back! it was because they sent me the wrong iterm and the customer didn't want it and I called Avon and explained and they said just do a credit so I did, but I had to do it as the product not sent (the customer ordered the Oasis watch and recieved the Ivala handbag as the watch was OOS) and so to them I had not sent the watch back but how could I when I never got sent the watch and didn't have a code for the bag?! anyway, they have refunded my account so thats good.
So I don't know where I am with winding down my Avon!
