Hi everyone!
I totally fell away from Avon recently with the engagement party and then with my books not getting delivered, it was really hard to get back into it!
Last campaign (delivery tomorrow) I think I made about £10 maximum with 2 or 3 orders, hopefully can get myself back up and running now. I've started college again 2 nights a week though so I've had to drop my territory and just do F&F so I'll see if it's feasable carrying it on.
I have a load of returns to go back tomorrow, some of them have already been recredited to my account so I can't select them as a credit on the website - but it's still within my 90 days, should I just send them back and hope for the best?My Debt Free Diary

Just had my meeting with the sales leeder, she seemed nice enough, think she was getting abit fed up of my 2 year old wanting attention but nevermind.
I have been given 40 books to start me off so I will get going with those tomorrow plan to sort out forms when kiddies in bed tonight so we can go for a walk tomorrow with the books.
I have no confidence at all that I will get the figures she was discussing going by the number of houses I have, but fingers crossed hey.0 -
I'm still at work but oh has just text me to say a lady had been on the phone as she had one of her customers phone her and she's said I shouldn't be canvassing on her patch wanting to know who signed me up.
I was told when I signed up that my village already had a rep but that she just has a few customers and refuses to recanvass despite repeated requests so Avon were dying to get someone to do it. Now I feel like I'm really in the wrong but I was told that they would let her know they were sending someone else there. Am a bit scared to collect my books in case some tells me off for poaching!0 -

Don't be daft, if your SL told you to canvass there then get on to her and tell her. They obviously know who this other rep is and they can sort it out.
Alternatively you could call the other rep back and ask for a list of her customers so you're not crossing over so to speak. My Debt Free Diary

I'm a bit scared to call the rep back as OH says she seemed pretty annoyed. I have left a message of SLs mobile to ask her to call me.
Oh well, will wait to hear from SL and see what she has to say.0 -
i hope you get your territory sorted. My SL is coming round this afternoon to sort my new territory out as this happened to me at the begining of this campaign. I know they have assigned it to me but i feel i am being mean to old rep as i know i would be upset if someone just started on my roads. I also know that one woman is waiting for stuff from begining of june that was never delivered so will have to wait and speak with my SL laterMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Patiently (or not so much) waiting for my delivery. This is the first time I've been in to get it as it's usually delivered to a friend. I'm slightly concerned they've not picked up on my temporary delivery address request. My Debt Free Diary

Well spoke to sl who basically said that she's had her opportunity and they don't want to upset someone (me) who actually wants to go out and canvass. She also said that she should not have contacted me but gone through her sl and if I hear from her again I should let my sl know ASAP. Apparently my sl and her sl have discusse this all and they are in agreement so that makes me feel better. Feels like a soap opera lol0

Had a similar conversation with my SL. When she finally arrived half an hour late she told me i could keep the one road, and the others were up for grabs - only if i want to be a SL myself.
I dont have a car at the moment so surely this would make it difficult to become a SL, plus OH is hopefully getting a new job that will mean he is away all week and only back at weekends. Being a rep is working well around the children but not sure about SL. Apparently i would be the only SL in the town.
Dont know what to do for the best but it looks like i wont get any more territory unless i become one - so confussed so any advise would be greatly appreciatedMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

I'm absolutely raging with Avon at the moment, in the middle of writing a letter of complaint - not sure where it'll get me but at least it'll get the irritation out!
I waited in all day today for delivery and decided to call around 4pm to ask if there's a latest time that it could be delivered and also to make sure they had the correct address as I'm staying at my mum's just now. Listened to the automated delivery information and it said there were no delivery issues so I went through to speak to an advisor.
I spoke to a girl and after going through security she told me that my address was "out of area" and delivery will be within the next 48 hours. At no point have I been told that an address COULD be out of area nevermind the fact that this one was! The girl was so rude, she said that there was nothing they could do and they'd tried to call me on my mobile yesterday (which is a lie, I have no missed calls and I never leave my phone down!) and they sent me a letter - I asked her when and she said it was sent yesterday, what's the point in that!?
I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that there were none available and kept emphasising that it was "out of area" and they'd tried to contact me. I told her politely that I'm the customer and I have the right to either speak to a supervisor or get one to call me back and eventually she agreed. Spoke to her supervisor who confirmed that they didn't try to call me on my mobile but on my landline and the letter can take 3 to 5 working days to arrive (roughly 2 to 4 working days after the delivery date I was told!!)
Long story short, he could do !!!! all for me and offered me a £1 refund for my phonecall, which is just insulting!!
So here goes another day stuck in the house for my deliveryMy Debt Free Diary
