    Hi Iam new here
I am so confused with all this sales thingy
I have opened my store, I have a bunch of brochures with me and dont know my territory :(
    what is the next step?
    regards x

Advertise your store online like facebook selling pages, other social media outlets

Also share your books with friends and family, work colleagues etc and get in touch with your sales or area manager to ask where your territory is xx

Whoever gave you the brochures should have shown you what to do with them and told you where you can canvass. TBH I would concentrate on the brochures first and the 'my store' whatsit once you know what you're doing.

    Hi Saniya,
Do you have a Sales Leader? They are your direct up line if you do, direct control of your territory and usually much easier to get hold of. If still no luck try using the contact us form on the website, if you log in it's down at the bottom, they wont be able to tell you your territory but they might be able to prod the right people into getting back to you! ( ASM). Failing that come back here and pop me a message with your area number, and I'll try and find your DSM details (they are sort of you asm's boss) and see if they can help get some action from people :)

Get the books you have out to friends and family in the meantime, make sure everyone you know knows you do Avon, advertise in local facebook groups (check the group rules first though).

If your within your 14 days of joining, and not able to get hold of any one I'd be tempted to use the 14 days cooling off period to leave, and rejoin under someone who does help... I don't know 100% what you'd have to do to do that, probably give customer services a call find out, but bad communication to start off is never a good sign. And so many SL are so helpful and kind

I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....

If people were polite in the way they said it I always used to say yes, that's fair enough, but by the way you do know we do really well-priced basics like shower gel, shampoo etc don't you - that often got those who thought it was just makeup to take another look. If there were kids running about I found that mentioning the "really popular" childrens products was a good way in, especially if you can add a bit about how much easier it is to have that sort of thing delivered to the door rather than having to drag the kids round Superdrug! If they were rude however, I'd smile sweetly and say something like "Of course, I'll take you off my list - I do understand that shower gel & shampoo isn't something that appeals to everyone..." usually I was a good way down the road, chuckling, before the penny dropped... ;)

hi im a new rep on my second campaign although the first one was only 2 days so really im classing it as my first full campaign and i was looking at the samples to put in with peoples orders but wondering how many you get. i can see some say 5 like perfumes or others single sachet things like skincare but what about lipstick ? is the price per sample it seems quite expensive compared to the perfume if it is. also do people find it best to put them in with order or to give them with brochures ? i wont buy loads but thought if i was promoting a product a few samples might be a good idea.
iv done 3 things right in my life and their all perfect
