Im really struggling with avon right now!!!
ive done 3 campaigns and only made £12 ish each one! Not really worth it for the effort ive been putting it.
Ive delivered my orders and given the customers who ordered £10+ a loyalty card
Also, ive told my friends that if they introduce me a customer and they order £10+ they will receive a stamp in their card.
so, if they get me 2 new customers that spend £10+ and they spend £10+ themselves, then they'll get 3 stamps!
How does this sound?
Stick with it, the first few campaigns are the hardest (plus that's when Avon add the appointing fee to your invoice - after then your only 'overhead' is your books). Word will soon spread that you're a good, reliable rep and people will naturally want to 'spread the word'.
Your loyalty scheme sounds brill. :j I've never actually run one but just offer a free gift for introducing a new customer and/or orders £20+. I let customers choose their own gift from a selection from my 'treasure chest' (items I've got free by creative ordering or sets I've bought cheaply, which I then split).
Did you take advantage of being able to buy the Favourites Set in your 2nd order? (£145 worth of products for £25 - fab way to earn a bit extra by offering the items individually for sale at less than book price). If you missed that (check with your upliner) you should be able to click into a similar fragrance deal with your 4th order. Of course, you should have got your free mascara's too with your loyalty cards. All great ways to earn extra.

There continue to be glitches - was at a Sales Leader seminar recently and some said they were getting notification emails (albeit going into junk mail) but others said they're not receiving anything. Avon want us to check our Stores daily.... (We have 24hrs to accept a new customer but 3 days to accept orders.)
Might be worth u doing a dummy/trial order via yr own Store to see if what's supposed to be happening actually is... if that makes sense.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Three of my regular customers have submitted a order online for the previous book but I only knew they had done it as the texted me to say so there is no notification of orders coming through for me but emails stating I've basically lost a new customer xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
I'd suggest you let Avon know (either reply to the email or use 'Contact Us' at the bottom of your Home page) and give them full details.
Still learning about Avon Store myself but... are you able to add your customers manually to your customer list? If so, any future orders should come to/via you. If your customers are already 'assigned' to another rep now though, am wondering if that rep will need to 'release' them? Really no idea but would be good to know. Will you keep us updated pls?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Well I was cheeky and messaged the customer of the failed order and it turns out avon never reallocated their order to another rep so I've got her to put her order through again and I've accepted it so gained another customer woo hoo xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Thats interesting to know. I had a new customer who ditched me when I told her how long she would need to wait for delivery (she wanted to order at the start of a campaign). I nearly missed the email from Avon - 24 hours is not long enough for some reps to see the email and respond. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
