Hi everyone. Well good news is my extra territory has come through and SL will be calling me tomorrow to let me know exact details. Will be using last campaign and this depending on number of new houses. Got until next wed to complete order so should have time to get round a few of the houses. Am doing really well with this campaign (15). Already very near my highest sales to date and still obviously some more books to collect in.
Have found this time round that several of my books have been eaten - or that what it looks like. Not sure if its dogs or what but they seem to just be taking a chunk off the corners - not had this before but this time round there have been around 4 bks - perhaps this one is much more tasty!

hello
I needed to find out if avon still do the skin so soft, green oil spray that works well as a bug repellent?
my poor son is covered in bites and we arent sure whats caused it as no one else in the house has them. we are treating for fleas etc but i want something that will kepp the bugs off him. and i heard that the skin so soft is very good for it.
if they still do it are there any in campaign 14 or 15?
thanks in advance
Your question has already been answered but I wanted to add that I have the same problem with DD. Other morning she got up and had over 10 bites all over her little legs (she's only 3). Bedding refreshed etc and following day she had a humdinging great big one needing sudocreme. Every night since we've been spraying her legs (and her teddys on request) and touch wood looks as though it's working
Have heard there's more midges around as the weather has turned damp. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Morning ladies!
I haven't been on for a while, I've been so busy with Avon, Its unreal! So today's my day for a good catch up on the old thread aswell as this one.
However i do have a question....
I'm having some issues with a regular that orders nearly every camp, She orders & leaves a book out, Then once her orders are here, She is never around to pay for them.
She leaves a mobile number that's always off. The first time this happened, I explained that unless i have notice i will only try & deliver the orders 3 times. She explained that her partner works away often & she stays at his house looking after his pets.
She told me to call her the day my orders arrive so she can make sure she is around, But, I can never get hold of her.
The second time, I had to send the items back because she ordered £69.90 worth, Again i waited & waited & nothing.
This camp, She has re-ordered her order of nearly £70 plus extra's, However she is no where to be seen.
I have been contacted via avon because they wanted to know why nearly every camp i am sending back ££££ of goods. So this customer is causing problems all around.
I'm now stuck between a rock & a hard place, Because when she is around, She's a great customer & always pays on time. Her orders normally vary in price, So i'm unsure if i should drop her or not?Future goals:
Become debt free.
Beat Depression.
Be happy & healthy0 -
When you collect the book I'd drop a note thru saying you get your delivery x date and need to have her order delivered by x date (I'd say day before your order is due in) otherwise you'll have to return it. And ask her to contact you to arrange delivery.
If she won't and you can't deliver it this time, drop her for a few camPaigns then maybe try her once more before Xmas. Sometimes it's just not worth the hassle as if you can't deliver the order it doesn't matter how big the order is!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I know it may be out of your normal delivery but does her partner leave close by. For £70 worth of orders it may be easier to deliver to his house? This may of course not be possible due to distance but worth an ask?Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

My thoughts are that Denise is right too but why not try ordering more and see if they arrive?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi all
I am on 3rd campaign with Avon and been sales leader for 4 weeks now I have 24 reps signed up and 3 more to do this week.
But only have 1 sales leader under me (dont think shes going to take it to far) I am trying to get people on board as sales leaders but soon as I mention they will need to go self employed they don't want to do it anyone got any tips on overcoming this.
This is my main job and want to get to advance as soon as possible then I can slow down a bit I am out 5-12 hours a day.
That's very quick growth in a short period of time, well done. Do you stick to a work schedule i.e. when to do what? And if so, care to share?
As for your query, I tend to say that they are responsible for their own tax and that Avon will not notify HMRC until they've earned £1,000 in SL commission in any one tax year so it's totally up to them as/when they register with HMRC as self-employed.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Howdy All,
Again disappointed with C14 figures customer number up but average spend down. If it werent for one massive order it could have all gone wrong!
C15 I have the Outspoken Intense samples going out along with spend £20 get a free gift so hoping to push up sales.
C16 Iam posting to every customer on my streets 175 customers, plus just got an email from ASM adding another 150 houses to my area (30 of which just got C14 brochures put through there door 10mins ago).
I have been picking up some customers up town via Facebook 3 of which are a bit of a pain to get too however, Im going to stick with them at least January to get xmas sales and then will revaluate with I keep them on the books or pass over to a more local rep.
I feel rather excited about the next few months with Avon so hoping to earn that extra cash needed for Disneyworld at Easter!Joined Avon : 13/04/2011 C8 £168.98 C9 £270.99 C10 £237.65 C11 £227.27 C12 £299.97 C13 £298.50 C14 £308.14 C15 £347 C16 349.09 so Far0 -
Hi, hoping someone can help. Im trying to find an item that I need to return on the avon website, I have searched but it isn't coming up. I think it might have been a replacement (as the customer wrote the wrong number down when originally ordering) Can replacements be returned? Thanks in advance!0

As IGeek says really. As long as you are telling them that they should, then you are covering yourself. I don't understand why people want to avoid registering, it's not like it's painful!
HMRC are very clued up re. what you can claim for so it's wrong to think that by contacting them you will automatically pay more tax; much better to be above board and honest in my book. Sometimes you try and register and they tell you that you don't need to anyway..... everyone's case is different.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
