Wow I haven't posted a for while - been pretty quiet though, we're having a bit of a break from recruiting much over the summer holidays and will start again afterwards ready for Christmas.
Sales have been down too, was expecting c12 to be really popular, as my customers love the colortrend stuff and I think it looks lovely now in the new packaging..but very few people have ordered this time. Hopefully it's just cos they're on holiday and things will pick up again in a couple of campaignsAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Early Ordering Opportunities: Am I the only one that wishes that any order you place via the preview email should arrive at least one campaign early to give you the opportunity to show customers items etc?
Have just done a C17 order, and would love to receive the items with C15 or C16. Seems a bit pointless otherwise for us as reps / SLs.
Anyone else have related views?
I used to order from the advanced brochure but then I'd end up with double because I'd forgotten what I'd ordered and there was no reference to it when that brochure was my current one. Doh!
Agree with you that it would be a good idea for us to actually be able to add the forward campaign items into our current order otherwise there is not much advantage to us. Guess Avon use it for their own forwarding ordering purposes.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Marsden - link worked fine for me and got to admit in my head you don't look like that! You're at least 10 years older in my grey matter than you actually are, unless you are that age and its just the Anew keeping you fresh! :rotfl:
Thanks, PM. Am often surprised by the picture we have in our head of people we've never met compared to the actual one...... Also have a problem with recognising people generally too, so am sunk! Numbers I can remember, but faces - not a chance.
Yes, am a great fan of skincare in general - have used it for 40+ years now. Used to love Shaklee, have tried l'Oreal, Clarins, Boots Protect n Perfect and now am a great advocate of ANew (having said that I use anything in HT clearance :rotfl:). Being an Avon rep is perfect for me because I get to try everything I want! :j Absolute no-brainer. Really don't know why everyone's not an Avon rep! :money:
PS: The Avon hair dyes help too! LOLMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I'm going, really looking forward to it, sharing with my upliner.Avon Sales Leader in North Kent Since July 20110

Well worth going - you'll come away buzzing. I didn't bother going the first year I was a SL (much to my upliner's displeasure... LOL) but went last year with my one/only SL and this year there will be 8 of us! :j
Strangely enough I've just changed my car - really wanted an Audi but couldn't justify the cost. How strange that the free car to be won by a SL at LYD this year is actually an Audi!!! Fingers crossed!!!!!
Have a great time.

fingers are definately crossed! I couldn't go last year as I joined too late and my upliner hasn't been either as she applied too late for a place, but have heard lots of good stuff about it, so we are both excited - i have bought 3 dresses online and can't decide between them! (gotta love ebay - got each of them for silly money!!!!

The motivational speaker is usually excellent; sure you'll enjoy it - some bits can get a tad boring but it's a good opportunity to meet all the high flyers too, who are surprisingly very 'normal'. :rotfl:
You'll need smart businesswear for during the day as well as a 'party frock' so sounds like you should take all three of your new dresses. Normally the Area Managers have their conference separate to the Sales Leaders but this year we are overlapping. The ASMs get really dressed up so don't worry you'll be overdressed..... it's not possible.
Enjoy!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I am looking forward to it, my dresses were all fancy ones for the evening, I've already got some for during the day.
Got myself a fascinator today, just need shoes!
Might need to bump my sales up to afford the ones I've seen though! lol.Avon Sales Leader in North Kent Since July 20110
