Depends what web browser you have. If you find the appropriate extensions page (small programs that run in your browser) for it there should be an auto-refresh extension you can use.

I'm using "Auto Refresh Plus" for Google Chrome - it's quite good. You can tell it to refresh every x number of seconds. Even without dual monitors, if you keep it tucked away to the side of the screen you'll see when it changes.

Tabmix plus add on for firefox will sort you out
