Good evening thank you all for my birthday wishes I have had a lovely day with a big boquet of flowers from work and lots of cards
Molly sorry to hear DD did not get the grades she was hoping for but it sounds like she has a good plan thought out and those refrences will come in handy in the future

well we have had good news after a couple of carp weeks we were booked with holibobs 4 u so lost our flights for next year so all 10 of us have had to hve a rethink and are now off to Egypt:D only 50 weeks monday:p
DD1 has passed her Alevels and has her place at Herts uni on a social work course we are so proud of her as she works and has dislexia and irlem syndrome
Sorryi havent been on lately am still getting used to working full time am absolutly shattered but its all worth it on pay day I do read the thread still and keep my eye on you all

Fantastic News Tappers and Sistercas, so pleased for you both. I am sure you can now start to breath properly again.

Congrats and Commiserations to the exam folk, so much pressure.

Baby Amelie is doing well, they are home but I haven't seen them since they got home as I want to give them time to settle in and get used to their new life. I am going to try to put a couple of photos on here as they have said that they don't want photos on facebook. Not sure if they mean them or me but I don't want to jeopardise (sp) the way things are going between us as all appears to be good at the moment.

I have had a boring day today, got up, rain, went to work, rain, came home, you guessed it rain....

Had HM Shepards pie base defrosting all day, so all I had to do was add some mash and wack in the oven - on the plus side I havn,t spent a bean today and have resisted my Amazon wish list for another day

OH is temporarily AWOL popped out at 6 this evening to watch the end of a cricket match and has yet to return, me thinks the bar may be holding him hostage
