Ok so I'm starting to majorly stress about Christmas events coming up.

I think I can handle Christmas day as the morning/lunch will just be me, DH and PILs as both DH's sister (and husband) and brother (and wife and our nephew) are off elsewhere. The afternoon/evening will be at my mum's with sisters, their OHs and our other two nephews. I'm sure I'll feel blue throughout the day but there's lots going on to keep me occupied especially in the evening with my sister's two boys running around ;)

It's the two evenings in the run up to Christmas I'm worried about as two of my pg friends will be there. :( I'm not sure if I can handle it so close to Christmas but I can't not go because we always do stuff in the run up to christmas. Also we don't get to see everyone because we live 80miles away so I'd feel bad if we didn't go. Guess I'm just going to have to be brave and go *sigh*

    xx

Woke up with another headache today and a bunged up nose. I'm hoping this doesn't get worse just in time for Christmas. Not sure if it's a cold, or allergies from the amount of cat fur on the bed at the moment (and dust in the bedroom :o as I've not dusted for a while) - will have to change the sheets and do a deep clean today if I can summon the energy and motivation.

Fingers crossed it works out well emsbet.

Hugs to all who need or want them.

Congratulations on the BFP ilovefreebies! :j

Thanks for the slimming world suggestion Ikkle, I may look into it in the new year, although I'm not too mad on the whole group meetings thing. The most difficult thing for me when it comes to dieting is that OH works evenings so I only cook for myself on a night, seems a waste to spend ages making really good healthy meals when there's only 1 person to cook for, and TBH I often just CBA :o Weekends are usually major pig-out sessions as OH pretty much lives on porridge and sandwiches during the week so wants to eat *everything* on a weekend so I end up eating what he does. :o I just need to get out of these bad habits. I really liked low-carb when I did it as there was no real wiggle room and after a while I stopped wanting to eat crap, if I went off the rails and ate a load of bread/rice/pasta I'd feel really bloated and gross so there was no point.

Sorry that a lot of people are feeling pants right now with headaches and colds. I don't know what it is about Christmas that brings on illness! I reckon that my missing AF will eventually arrive on Christmas day just to make me feel like rubbish!

    Morning,

    Congratulations Ilovefreebies, great news!!

Emsbet, I know how you feel, it will be hard but just think about OCC!!
I got an email yesterday from a friend I haven't been in touch for 1.5yrs, she just had her second baby. Another friend wrote me that she was expecting her second baby at the end of May and now my sister hinted that my brother's wife is expecting the second as well and they will let everyone know on Xmas day. I was really down last night but happy this morning, I can't be selfish not being happy for their good news. OCC here we come!!!

I woke up with headache too and I have finally runny nose, it was building up for days.

Have a good day everyone, I'm off to post office at lunch break, last minute ebay items need to be posted.

Well I've just been to the loo, and there was pink when I wiped - don't think it's implantation though - looks like my usual pre-AF spotting starting, so looks like we're out again this month. :( I guess it'll be a new start in the New Year for us. At least I can drink the Irish Cream and Crabbies Black that we bought now though.

CD1 for me today, a day earlier than I was expecting.

Have decided not to temp this month, as it seems to show that I am still ovulating and I think only stresses me out more. Will use my CBFM and OPKs though just for peace of mind. FF predicts I will ovulate on NYE this month.
(hugs) Nicki. Here's to a NYE baby

Hope all you poorly people get well soon.

Two days til AF due here, though I have been days late before, so am not thinking too rigidly about the date ... but I do seem to be counting down each day thinking yippee, no signs of AF, yippee, still no AF. That said, and I know someone upthread conceived when their existing DC was BFed at four months, but I am just not feeling that BFing for me is conducive to conceiving. Hope I am wrong, DS loves BM and I am not sure how I'll wean him off until he is ready! And I am so keen to have our next child/ren.
Does that mean you are still exclusively breastfeeding? I'm BFing, but down to 3 times a day at the moment.

however - i did a wee test and got a PFP :) so off i trotted to tesco for a clearblue digi and according to it i am 3 weeks + :)

I took my BBT this morning. Comparing with my old charts and basing this one temperature (not ideal I know) on that then it looks like I'm in the luteal phase.

QQuaver - My chart is here: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/24c425 can you add it to the list?
