    icon_hug.gif((hugs)) for CD1 QQ
    Is this clinic defined CD1?

2b as others said try not to worry and stress about your job over the weekend. Often the what you think will happen is worse than what will actually happen IYSWIM. I'm sure as zippy said if you just explain you weren't feeling well and are dealing with family issues they'll understand.

((hugs)) zippy. I've been thinking a lot lately about what if we never have our forever baby. But I have to tell myself that although we've been through a lot recently it doesn't mean we won't get there. We are far from the point where we need to think about giving up on having a biological child of our own. Although your journey has taken you on a different path to me, you too are still a long way off giving up that dream. I know it's tough going but it will be so very worth it in the end and in the meantime when your struggling, come here and we'll pick you up and support you through. That's what I love about this thread, we are like an extended family who are all on the same journey and all help each other along on the way to getting our forever babies :)

    xx

    Morning all,

Massive hugs to 2b. We're right behind you girly! As others have said, I expect the lady you were friends with is just concerned about whether you are ok. Sometimes emails and texts aren't able to communicate the tone of the message very well, and she probably meant it in a nice way. As for feeling depressed, I think it's really natural to feel low at this time of year particularly, with the bad weather, Christmas approaching and our immune systems being under attack from all of these colds and viruses floating around. If you are having a hard time at work, this will just compound your feelings. Don't worry about what the psychic said - they can be wrong. I had a friend who consulted a psychic when she was ttc, and they got it completely wrong, and really upset her unnecessarily. Why don't you and DW go out for a nice meal this weekend, or do something relaxing together, or take DS out somewhere and be big kids for the day doing something silly! I hope you're feeling better soon. Big hugs again. xxx

Rebekah it's nice to see you popping in, and glad to hear that beanie is doing well! My friend had bleeds with both her pregnancies (one on the way) in the early months, and she has a very healthy baby and daughter.

Gorky I hope you've managed to get some BDing done around OV - you never know, we could be BFP buddies!

How are you doing with mission get DH back in time QQ? Hope things are looking positive. Sending hugs your way for just being you and for being fabulous!

I watched Extreme Makeover Home Edition last night, and it really upset me - it was about a little girl (Boey Byers) who was battling cancer for the second time - the show was really positive, and she was a remarkable and very mature 8-year-old girl who was full of life and determined to help other children like her, but at the end, it told you that she died 5 months after filming. I've just been reading her website, and it's depressed me even more. I need to do something today to take my mind off it or I'm just going to sit here and wallow.

Moon and I didn't BD this morning before he went to work, as he left me to sleep - I stayed up late watching other programmes to cheer myself up. So, we will BD tonight instead - hope it does the trick.

Hugs to all who need or want them, AF stay away vibes for everyone, and sticky beans to all please.

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Emsbet - that is a beautiful post which made me cry as it so accurately describes how we all feel and how much we care for others in here. I genuinely pray that we all get the baby we want so much. It is hard when we struggle to get there and there is news of those who don't try and get pregnant or who have children that they don't want and don't look after them. It's the support on here that gets me through the difficult days without a doubt.

BZ - sending huge hugs, you will get there honey x

2b - hugs, try not to worry about it too much over the weekend and I am sure it can be sorted out in Monday

CD11 here couldn't sleep so have been up since 5am doing my bunting & then ironing

Have then spent the last couple of hours with the Christmas tunes on and putting up the decorations. :D

Hugs for CD1's welcome to newbies :A

Another good reason was that getting up so early meant that I didn't test :D yesterday's was a bfn so not bothering to waste my money now :rotfl:

QQ hope it's OV, not BD for about a week before last night so doubt it'd be implantation, unless DH is right and he does have super sperm lol

To all those concerned about their forever babies ever coming, I have more confidence/arrogance due to the experience of DH's Auntie. She tried for seven years, lots of treatment and had 5 miscarriages (one was twins too) but now has two beautiful, healthy happy children :) so yes she had a long and tortuous journey but surely it was worth it x x
