Congratulations Bufger!!!!
It looks like AF is on her way out for me already. She's only been around since Monday and very light again. I'm not sure what to make of that. I read last night that light AF's don't mean you have any less chance of conceiving but I'm not convinced. Maybe my body is just going to take a bit more time to get back to normal after coming off the pill? I stopped it at the end of August but was on it for 16 years  before that with one 12 month break in that time followed another 6 months of the pill prior to TTC. I really wish I'd not gone back on it for those 6 months now
Still, onwards and upwards. Perhaps this month we will be lucky (would be a lovely Christmas present).0 -
Morning everyone!
I think I have ovulated - my temps have gone back up to the 98's, and the EWCM seems to have disappeared - although (TMI alert), I seem not to be getting so much in the way of EWCM since I was pregnant, I mainly just get very wet, which is a little disconcerting. But that seems to have dried up too. So it's ok and I think I'm done, which would make sense as I was getting mild (what I thought was) ov pains on Saturday and Sunday. We'll see what FF thinks in the next couple of days.
My sinuses hurt, which is less fun.
I've just remembered, we bought a large amount of yummy pate from Borough Market, and to be sure that I don't miss out I've really only got a week to eat it. I know what I'll be having for dinner for the next couple of nights...!0 -
Nephthys, (((hugs))) for painful ov, some get that (mittenshmerz), some are less sensitive. Some get it before, during and/or after ov:o Hope it's the last time for at least an year:o
Emsbet, (((hugs))) for spotting, hope it'll disappear soon:o
sexymouse, good luck holding off BDing:p
Have a good day out with Moon:)
Secretdebts, mmmm.... Pate:cool:
Elelyn, hope this is the month for you, time to resume some BDing action?:j
Sa-ra-ra-ra, yay for ov!:j When are you testing?0 -
Morning all!
Congrats Bufger!:D That's brilliant news.
I have read back but it's way too early to remember anything else! So to cover all bases - hi to newbies and lurkers. Hugs to those who want/need them.
Ok - I'm CD9 (thanks QQ - I totally lose track of my days so was good to see it written down!) and gearing up for a few days of Bding every other day. Am thinking we might try this SMEP some of you have mentioned.
Does anyone here get bad ovulation pain? I get really bad pains and I'm trying to work out if I'm ovulating then or if it happens after the pain starts to fade. It was never this bad before so I'm not sure (it's worse than AF apin sometimes!). Also the CB ovulation sticks (had used these in the past) - the ones with the smiley face - do you ovulate on the day after the 2 smiley faces or sometime in that 2 day period?
Ah questions questions questions!
Some months ive only had a few twinges but last month I had some pain that lasted for quite a while, and for about 5 minutes was so bad I had to sit down!0 -
Feel really down today. Am convinced it's never going to happen, and we'd probably not be able to afford it anyway. Plus OH is an immature @rse at times that would rather put 'effort' into drinking and bl**dy football than into paying off his stupid debts so we can actually be a family.
Sorry about the whinge, am feeling v sorry for myself today and thought it might help to get it off my chest.0 -

My best friend's husband is an immature !!!!! and probably goes through a bottle of JD in a night when he's really going for it. He's cut right back since my friend became pregnant.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
