Good morning everyone:wave:

morocha, sorry to see you leave, hope you'll be back soon:o
January in South America sounds brilliant (sorry forgot which country:o)! Have a great time:wave:
COMP, looking forward to welcoming you here soon!:j
sexymouse, yay for High CBFM:)

I assume you were too confused after the dentist, so I'll let you off on you saying you'll test from 10DPO, I know you'll change your mind when you come to your senses:cool:
alamaya, welcome:wave: I remember you from the 12 months+ board:)
I've added you to the first page, let me know if you'd like your age added. Which CD are you?
As for TTCing, I'd start by finding out when you ov:)
Perhaps check cm and get some cheap OPKs from Amazon?
secretdebts, those flowers looks fab in the AF room, and:money: too:cool:
Lurker1972, which CD are you? You passed the 100 mark a while back, so I took you off:o Good luck with BDing:j
Time2deal, fingers crossed it is pg symptom:o
As for BNP pregnancy tests:rotfl:
scottishchick, hope you were awake for nice BD last night:D

Littlezee, your decorators sounds fantastic, hope your MIL will appreciate it:)
Kitten_pie, good luck with the cleaning, I know I should start some serious cleaning since I've been living here for nearly 2 years but...:o
walby, 8.5hrs work by tomorrow? Good luck:o
Bufger, could be a multiple (more hcg hormones than a singleton):D Here's the hcg doubling chart for twins:http://betabase.info/showDoubling.php?type=Twin
Could always be a triplet
Good luck:D0 -
Morning all!
Congrats Bufger!:D That's brilliant news.
I have read back but it's way too early to remember anything else! So to cover all bases - hi to newbies and lurkers. Hugs to those who want/need them.
Ok - I'm CD9 (thanks QQ - I totally lose track of my days so was good to see it written down!) and gearing up for a few days of Bding every other day. Am thinking we might try this SMEP some of you have mentioned.
Does anyone here get bad ovulation pain? I get really bad pains and I'm trying to work out if I'm ovulating then or if it happens after the pain starts to fade. It was never this bad before so I'm not sure (it's worse than AF apin sometimes!). Also the CB ovulation sticks (had used these in the past) - the ones with the smiley face - do you ovulate on the day after the 2 smiley faces or sometime in that 2 day period?
Ah questions questions questions!0 -
I have no idea how that beta thing works! All i know is she said her last AF was 4 weeks ago (at the time she told me) and she did a cheap test the week before and nothing but she had a feeling so she did another cheap on that week and it was positive, then she did a clear blue digital and it was showing 3+.
She may have OV early i guess. If i can work out how that beta thing works i'll look at that more tooMFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0 -

There you go! As you can see there is a wide range of normal levels at each stage of pregnancy, and they overlap, so it isn't really possible to date a pregnancy using HCG levels accurately, or to assume that a high level means a multiple (though multiples tend to be higher than singletons on average). I shouldn't worry too much about it until you have a scan. With my last one, I was huge very early. In maternity wear at 7 weeks and had a sizable bump by my 12 week scan, and everyone thought I was having twins, including a friend who had 7 kids, 2 of whom were twins, but it was just the one. That was 8 weeks needless anxiety on my part0 -
Hope the meeting goes well Kitten_Pie, it's good that your DH can be there to hold your hand
Also hoping that everything goes well with MIL coming home to her freshly painted home BZ!
I think that we need a beautician in the AF for all of us with rubbish skin... I'll see if I can sort one out!
Congratulations on the BFP Bufger! :j Come back and tell us how many are in there when you find out!
Emsbet, stop worrying! Everyone I know who is/has been PG has had a cheeky wine here and there throughout the pregnancy and it's not been an issue, beating yourself up about it isn't going to help.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

ok so when i posted last week and said 'not trying not preventing' it turns out that secretly meant 'already 3 weeks pregnant'. That was a little sooner than i expected!!!!
The thing is its indicating 5 weeks but AF was 4 weeks ago. The level of whatchacallit hormone thingy (UHT is milk, HTC is a mobile phone... its something like that?!). Somebody told us that could mean twins? PLEASE TELL ME ITS ONLY ONE BABA!
We're telling parents on Christmas day
And we worked it out and the point we concieved was the first BD without protection in over a year. What are the chances?!
Huge Congrats xxxxIf you can think it........it will happen0 -

Congratulations Bufger - may you and your OH have a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth!
Another high on CBFM today - Moon is getting excited about trying again, and I've had to tell him he's got to hold off for a bit as I'm waiting for the peak this cycle before we start (peak day normally is the last day Moon and I manage to BD normally cos he runs out of steam, and as QQ said before, it's possible I ovulate later, so we're holding out to start then and for the next few days in a row after).
Hugs for all with AF.
Welcome to the newcomers - may you get your BFPs soon.
I'm off out to Homesense this morning with Moon as he's off, and I'm not working til the arvo.

I get ov pain a for few days before and then it disappears fairly quickly after ov (from what I can gather!). Sometimes it's really awful. I don't think pain has any bearing on conception though (apart from giving you a heads up for ov). I concieved on a cycle when I had none of the usual ov pain and the next time was on a cycle when I had pretty bad ov pain so no pattern there! On average you ov about 36 hours after a positive cb opk but it can vary from 12 - 72 hours. HTH
Hello everyone, hope you're all ok. I'm still [STRIKE]stalking[/STRIKE] lurking0
