SecretDebts - senging big hugs for af

Emsbet & Walby - I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Nicki - hope you haven't missed ov and that Sunday's bd caught the egg - could you bd again tonight if DH's injuries aren't too painful?

I would love to be crafty but I do not have artistic bone in my body - I can't even draw a matchstick man :rotfl:

MrsHappy, your chart is looking better every day:)
The next verse, have you tested?
Squ1rrels, looking at your chart, do you think you may have ov'd at CD14 or CD18?
  • Have returned victorious from the chemist (served by a very pregnant woman :() with folic acid, vitamin B complex & evening primrose oil. I've decided that the most frustrating thing was having a 32 day wait before ov - then only 9 days after so am going to take anything I can to bring ov forward & lengthen lp - any ideas gratefully received. I've ordered some more cheapy OPKs as I think I'll bankrupt myself using the clearblue monitor & sticks until I get a bit more shortened cycles. Hoping I won't have to unwrap my monitor at all. Preseed is also still in the bathroom cabinet so I might crack that open this month & also start temping.
    Positives for AF are
    1) saved a fortune on chocolate
    2) will go to the pub & get ratted on Saturday
    3) cycle was shorter by 18 days this time round
    4) got a positive opk this cycle (first one)
    5) got all my ss'ing out of the way in one month
    6) give us an extra month or two to do some debt busting
7)give me an extra month or two to take over the world & have midnight gossips with you lovely ladies.

Just catching up on days worth of posts.

    Congratulations to Gemma.

    Hugs to scarly.

Nicki - Hope your OH is ok. That is awful what happened and I hope the police catch them.

I am going back to lurking again as nothing to report apart from trying to BD every 2 days up to this weekend. OH is finding it hard as he wants to BD every morning and night lol, but I am trying a different tactic this month. BDing every other day until I get a positive opk and then I will BD every day after then. See if that helps.
No symptom spotting for me this month as every month I have different symptoms each month and it is getting ridiculous lol.

Ahhh Euro, I love Martha! :D I wish I could be as creative as she is! :)

Primmer, I can't draw either! That's why I love making cards and scrapbooking, I can just stick bits of paper together and make pretty things that way! I am most definitely a frustrated artist though... :o

My terrible skin woes continue, a dry patch is appearing under my other eye now... :(

Have you tried an intensive mositurising face mask on the dry parts once a week? Then a nice lovely moisturiser to use in the day?
Honey is supposed to be good for dry skin or even something like some E45 cream?

I haven't actually treated myself to a face mask for a while, will have to see what I've got in my toiletries stash! I already use night and day moisturisers, exfoliate 2 or 3 times a week and I'm now using OH's eye cream as it's the only thing that keeps his eczema at bay so I hoped it'd be good for me too... suppose I just have to hope that it settles down soon... or that I get PG so I start to 'glow' ;)

    Fab PMA Secretdebts! :D

Careful with the exfoliators on the dry parts as it could dry them out even more. When I have bad skin I just exfoliate the spotty/greasey parts.
I read somewhere you should only really use them once a week as they can strip the good oils from your skin.

  • Goodness, it's been eventful since I last posted!

Scarly, I'm so sorry to see you back here *hugs* - fingers crossed that you're super fertile and not here for very long.

Gemma, many congratulations - hope everything goes well for you :)

Nikki, that's terrible about your DH, I hope he's ok and glad the hospital visit went alright this morning. If you're looking into home security, my Mum was burgled whilst my younger sister was in the house and after that she got an alarm system - it's one which allows for pet movement, is very sensitive, connected up to the police station and your 'nominated people' who will be called if they can't get hold of you at home. It's got lots of code words and stuff, and the alarm itself has a number of different settings so you could set it on 'perimeter' while you're in the house so you'd know if someone tried to break in. I don't think it's cheap, but worth it for peace of mind.

I'm not crafty at all. I used to get upset about it, but have decided that I must have other talents instead. At some point, I'm sure I'll discover what they are :D

Will someone have a look at my ff chart please and tell me what is going on with my mental body?

Oooh, and here's my PMA: Our babies won't be summer ones, which means they'll be some of the eldest in the class rather than the youngest :D
