Trying for a Baby Part 7

I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts about whether I was likely to have ovulated on Sunday night/Monday morning
But your higher temp today may have been because you had a sleepless night (understandable), in which case you may ov today.0 -
Has anyone else had odd reactions to coming off the pill? I used to have lovely skin but now it's awful, got scabby little dry patches under my left eye and on my forehead, and oily patches on my chin... it's not nice! I want my nice skin back!
Me.. its another reason i want to get pregnant - so I can go back on the pill afterwards :rotfl:
Ive had so many spots since coming off it I cant stand it. and Ive been off it for 6 months now!! My skin is so much greasier. Its not too bad after AF, I dont have any spots now, but leading up to AF its a bit like being a teenager again.0 -
OMG
. DH has just come through the door very upset and shaken because he was mugged as he walked up to the front door. He was badly kicked and hit and they took his mobile phone. The police arrived within seconds to be fair and have taken him off to drive round to see if they can find the attackers. Fortunately he had just got out of a taxi and the taxi driver got a good look at them and says he can identify them and has gone off in a second car to try to find them.
The worst thing is that I heard some shouting and scuffling outside and thought it was just some kids fighting and didn't even look out of the window to see what was going on. Downside of living in London, that after a while you block that kind of thing out.
Oh my god, Nicki, I've just read back and seen this. How awful for both you and your DH. I feel really upset for you. There are some disgusting people out there. Hugs to both of you.0 -
Gemma congratulations on your BFP!!! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.0

I have one of these as we're in rented accommodation which doesn't have a shower (we could have an electric one put in if we paid for it which we probably will if we get a BFP but I digress). It's actually really good. It was from Argos, and I *think* it cost about £25 but it's got the riser bit that goes on the wall and that and the shower bit are chrome so it looks quite nice too. The rubber bit that goes on the taps has a button that you pull up or press down depending on whether you want the shower or the bath taps so you don't have to keep reattaching it. It works surprisingly well.0 -

Hope you're all well ladies. BIG ((HUGS)) to all who need them.
Emsbet - You could try knitting yourself a simple scarf. But, if you don't want to go back to that, then you could try making your own B'day and Xmas cards. I got loads of bits and bobs, for quite cheap from 'The Works' (http://www.theworks.co.uk/) and then I bought some other bits from HobbyCraft. Not sure where you're all based, but there is now a huge HobbyCraft in Orpington (Kent)on the Nugent Estate, which had a wide variety of stuff. Actually, the HobbyCraft website is full of ideas Emsbet. As is a Martha Stewart website.....See here: http://www.marthastewart.com/holiday-crafts. Other than that, I have also put together a wooden model of a monkey (hehe), and started on a plastic model of a Red Arrow.
As you might've guessed, everything is kinda started, but not finished! lol. Gives me the freedom to switch between projects though, when one is frustrating or boring me.

That's what I have been doing since my mc. I've pigged out on all the stuff I couldn't eat for three months and I'm going to continue to do so until I get my next (and hopefully sticky) BFP!
