How long does it take to make & how tired are you?

probably not that long, need to put in the fridge overnight so if I do it tonight I can use it tomorrow.

The macaroons I made earlier probably won't help the diet. but they are yummy (secret is to use nutella rather than plain icing to bind)

Don''t need it as have lunch for the next few days sorted for oh just thinking ahead for lunches later in the week. Might do the washing and see how I feel.

I made mince pies today, including short crust pastry for the first time ever. I normally just user the pre made stuff, but the effort was worth out as they were perfectly light and crumbly. I was very pleased, although there are not many left!

On another topic, o am writing on the phone, so please excuse any really odd typos as the phone retires to be too clever.
