Claire16c, have you tested?
Nah, I dont figure theres any point now with the spotting and my temp went down again today. and also got a type of headache I only tend to get when I get AF - i.e it wont go away til AF has started and so have to take painkillers all day! Was the same when I was on the pill, I think its the change in hormones. He wants a baby more than anything atm so will do anything to try and achieve it. Once he decides on something, that is it. He never quits or gives in. Plus he promised me and he does anything for me.
And yes he is a keeper.
Though not sure how long the alcohol ban will last.
Aw definitely sounds like a keeper.
My DH is pretty good too, he barely drinks at all at the mo because hes doing a lot of running training so thats good. Hes very good about doing stuff for me too, although he does keep forgetting to take the zinc tablets I bought him. I also bought him this anti oxidant smoothie drink and told him he needs to drink it, its his 'sperm' smoothie which actually sounded gross when I said it outloud. So he can drink it when he takes his sperm zinc tablets :rotfl:
So can someone clarify, with the SMEP, its basically that you need to BD a couple of times before you start getting closer to your positive opk, and then when you get really close you BD every other day, then when you get positive you BD every day for 3 days, miss a day, and then once more? and no diy for DHs during that time (apart from the early cycle bit then I guess it doesnt matter as it would be clearing bad sperm out?)0 -
