I've been told to wait a few months until my sugar levels are controlled but the diabetes care team have been great and pit me on a pre conception clinic. Yeah if you go to your news feed. If the person you want to hide is on there you can hover on the right hand side by their post and click "unsubscribe from .... " that should work.

Hopefully they can get the diabetes under control and you can get pg much quicker this time.
