Great, thanks again Nicki - shopping trip to Tesco this afternoon it is! Better hide it in the bathroom cabinet in case DH thinks I have gone completely mental!

Sexymouse - I'm not using a CBFM so that is interesting to hear. I think I'll try the cough stuff and finish off the tub of EPO I have. Can't do any harm right?

    Better get shopping!

Don't forget that you shouldn't take EPO after ovulation (only during AF and up to OV) as it can prevent implantation.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Question for any ladies here who have had the Implanon implant removed. Did your AF go back to how it was before or did your cycle change at all?
I had it in for 8 years, and it didn't impact on my cycle at all except each time it was running towards the end of the 3 year period when I'd start getting a bit irregular. I had heavy AF for 7 days every 28-30 days all through having them in, now I've come off they're half as heavy as they were while on it and the doc doesn't think they're enough to give a bean something to implant into, so I just have to give it time. Since coming off my cycle has been between 26-29 days but OV has been CD13-CD17.
quick question for those that take EPO - how much did you take, and did you see a difference? I've been taking it since CD1 at 1000 whatever the units are/day and not noticing much CM. Did get some EWCM yesterday, but it might have been my "new and improved" collecting technique.
I'm taking 1000mg 3 times a day because thats what it says on my bottle - no idea what thats the dose for exactly.

Going to start OPKs on CD10 this month, as my first positive seems to come between 1 and 3 days before OV, earliest OV has been CD13, and I'm getting a bit sick of negatives in all their forms.
  • as i dont have EWCM i am defo gonna try the cough syrup only i wont tell OH either - he thinks im mad as it is :rotfl:

anyone know what helps PMS im suffering with it really bad every month and its causing arguements which we obviously know isnt good but i cant help it and he doesnt understand....would be great after OV that i could live on my own for 2 weeks but that aint gonna happen

ive got the Fertility appointment on 13/9 so i am gonna to bring it up

Evening primrose oil is meant to be good at regulating hormones and stopping PMS iloveholidays -it's also meant to encourage fertile cervical mucus. I said this morning that I hadn't noticed any difference in the EWCM since I started using it a few days ago - without TMI - I've changed my mind!

twigglet - it could be implantation bleeding. Fingers crossed.

Are you supposed to stop taking it after OV?

Yes you are meant to stop taking it after OV. This article also suggests that Agnus Castus is good for PMS.

Fannyanna, I didn't do it in the UK so it was cheaper. Here's some UK prices:http://www.ivfhammersmith.com/prices.htm
Wouldn't you like to wait say another 6 months before flushing the tubes?
norabatty, I can see your chart:cool: I've added you to my friends. You can manually put the cover line by going to ovulation detector, and clicking tuning/override:)
i love holidays, couldn't he do a SA in the morning and BD again in the night?
    nicki, I've seen you on TTC12month+ thread:wave:
I suppose you don't want to order hpts online?:p
I take robitussin as well as grapefruit juice:)
divorcingjack, I take robitussin (from any chemist, red label, not the one with decongestant) and grapefruit juice:)
twigglet, it could be ov spotting or implantation spotting. Could also mean just random spotting or rough BD:o Don't worry too much.
    Secretdebts, AF at CD10?

 sexymouse - do you live at my house?? I "could" say the same! Not a dramatic change, but noticeable this afternoon ..

iloveholidays - yes, you shouldn't take it after ov.

Just some info for all those inordinately interested in all things mucus - I went on a very unsuccessful shopping trip for rotibussin, couldn't find the flaming stuff ANYWHERE!

I get back and onto google, and I find out that the active ingredient to look for is also called guaifenesin, and is it an expectorant.

Wasn't every botttle I looked at while in town plastered all over with that name, but I thought it wasn't the right stuff.

Ah well, I'll get it later on when I pass an ASDA.
