    Morning everyone!

Woo, CD25 and 10 dpo for me, even if AF comes today I've done better than last month's stupidly short cycle so I'm counting this cycle as an official "WIN" regardless of BFP or not :D

Sorry you're feeling down countrybum, treat yourself to something pretty :)

Keep at it Skintchick, there are worse chores to do! :p

Welcome back Nora Batty, nothing like a holiday to sort you out :)

It would be even more worrying if your OH did get a positive OPK secret debts :rotfl:

Hello QQ, thanks for another list this morning :T I know you do them everyday but I find it invaluable this time in my cycle. How's everything with you?
  • Qquaver. I really don't think he does know bless him. He's not confessed but he asked me this morning what the new sticks were for - I explained that you had to pee on them to see whether you're ovulating. So he looked a bit more confused & asked why I'd bought 50 when surely I only needed 1 (insert roll eyes smilie here. I'm on my phone). So I explained that you have to use them every day as the results only positive when you're ready to make a baby. So he says 'so it's not bad if it's negative?'. I say 'no so long as it gets a positive result at some point'. He now looks mightily relieved and I've counted how many sticks I've left in the bathroom to see if another one goes missing while I'm at work!!

    Morning everyone

Hope everyone is ok. I’ve not read back yet but will do during the day.

For now I have a question and wondered if anyone would be able to help me……

How would I go about getting private treatment to check my tubes (either Hycosy or lap and dye)?

  • I'm going to have to tell him by Sunday otherwise its going to get expensive if we're both POAS. I didn't let him know that it was twice a day so hopefully I'll only lose 6 sticks - but it's worth that many for the comedy value! At least he's seeing things from a female point of view as he'll know what it's like to be waiting for that positive!!

The koalas are cute, aren't they? Although a bit difficult to catch them when they're awake!
They are only awake for 3hrs/day:shocked:
Just started temping on Fertility Friend from Sunday, gave up after the mc at the end of April so there's a bit of a gap! Is it just a matter of copying and pasting the link or do I have to "share" it?
You may need to set up the homepage.

Go to 'Sharing' on the top - 'Charting Home page' then 'Setup'.
Near the bottom, there's 'Published charts'.
Click your chart on the right box, and add it to the left and 'Save
    settings'

On the top of that page in the grey box is your homepage address (looks
    something like this:http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/286900):):)

I'm patiently doing OPKs to see if I'm oving anytime soon:o
I had a smear yesterday, and the doctor (?) said do I always have so much cm? So hoping I'm oving soon.
Though the cm are not reaching outside yet:huh:
The smear didn't hurt at all (couldn't feel it), so I'm thinking cervix is within easy reach (ie ov is near)
So he says 'so it's not bad if it's negative?'
Sounds as though he got negative:D

What I did was find the clinic and phoned up. But those treatments are expensive. I only had HSG (cheapest I think).

Why do you think your tubes are blocked? Mine weren't.

If you don't mind me asking do you remember roughly how much you paid? I'm guessing we'd be looking at around £500 although I could be horribly wrong.

My GP has suggested that they may be as I had clamydia when I was younger.

She's prepared to give me clomid but to ensure I have more of a chance of it working for me I'd like to lose a little bit of weight first and I'd like to be sure that my tubes are clear.

She can give me the clomid (although she sholdn't really) but she can't arrange for me to have a hycosy. She'd need to refer me to the fertility specialist and he'd refuse to do it because of my weight. Apparently he's recently got very strict.
  • Methinks this is it - please let me know if it's somehow managed to let the entire world know my name, address and bank account details! Coverline is usually around the 97.3 mark
